Wayne F Marriott

As a trained mediator / conciliator and conflict coach, Wayne maintains an independent, neutral presence as you work to resolve issues that are unique to your situation. Wayne is a trainer and restorative justice facilitator - contracted to Restorative Justice Otautahi based in Christchurch. He is an Associate member of: Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ), International Ombudsman Association (IOA), and practicing member of the Resolution Institute (formerly LEADR). Internationally, his experience extends to conflict analysis, change management, mixed method research and violent extremism. Wayne is a Graduate Student at the Eastern Mennonite University (Virginia, United States) studying conflict transformation and peacebuilding.
